# Habitat

Habitat was founded by Terence Conran in London in 1964, with a simple conviction at its heart: living well means living your own way. Free from fixed styles and rigid thinking, the house sets out to design an everyday life that feels inspiring, lively and generous, homes made for sharing, laughter and the stories of daily life.

True to that heritage, Habitat brings together the creativity of its designers and the know-how of the artisans it works with. Partners and materials are selected on the basis of ethical criteria, with constant attention to quality and to accessible prices.

The result is a broad and relaxed world of furniture and decoration: sofas offered in an almost limitless choice of materials, colours and legs, alongside seating, storage, bedroom furniture, tables, decorative objects and home linen, as well as pieces for outdoor living. Each collection aims to combine ease and savoir-vivre, so that every interior can feel unique and truly personal.
